Amway Arena

The Amway Arena is one of the most important sports venues in Orlando, Florida because so many Orlando teams from various sporting fields choose to use this stadium. The Orlando Sharks who are part of the Major Indoor Soccer League, the Orlando Predators from the Arena Football League, and the Orlando Magic who take part in the National Basketball Association competition all use the Amway Arena regularly.

Plans for new arena

Sadly, the current Amway Arena is expected to be replaced with a brand new arena in anticipation of the new NBA season in 2010-2011. The Orlando Magic is expected to partially finance the construction of the new arena which will then take the place of the Amway Arena as one of the more important sports venues in Orlando, Florida. The present Amway Arena will probably be sold and then demolished after its sale.
