Ernest Hemingway was America's best selling and critically acclaimed author. The restaurant derives its name from this celebrated author whose works are still read and enjoyed by a new generation of readers.

This restaurant endeavors to recreate Kay West, the island where
Hemingway resided. This restaurant pays homage to the famous author. Images of Hemingway adorn its walls while his hunting and fishing trophies grace the rooms.

You can dine inside or in the lush outdoor paradise. Each table is lighted by a glow from a brass hurricane. You can dine outside enjoying the spectacular view of lake Windsong and the swimming pool in the landscaped garden. A waterfall cascades into a playful brook.

On the menu is an array of pastas, salads, hamburgers, steaks and seafood. Plenty of drinks are also served.
