It stands out in the crowd of restaurants for its exotic décor. As the name suggest it is a Caribbean style restaurant.

From afar it looks like a colorful plantation. Inside you will meet with a Caribbean flair. Primitive colorful art adorns its walls. Wooden shutters and ceiling fans give it an old world charm.

Live reggae music provides a restful backdrop to the award- winning cuisine, which includes jerk- chicken pasta, a house paella and "fish in a bag," a seafood- vegetable pairing cooked within a parchment parcel.

A steel drum band brings you the rhythm of the Caribbean. The patio is illuminated with festive tiki torches and waiters, welcomes guest in exotic Hawaiian skirts.

The flame- grilled jerk- painted salmon is equally outstanding, as is the paella San Juan - - a traditional island casserole with shrimp, fish, chicken, chorizo sausage, shellfish and yellow rice.
