House of Blues

House of Blues is a tribute to the glorious contribution of African American to music and folk art. It originated in 1992, when this innovative company converted the historical house in Cambridge Massachusetts into a Blue House.

The House of Blues at Orlando features the best of national and regional music acts.

In their Music Halls you will find almost every music genre imaginable: Rock n' Roll, Punk, Alternative, Heavy Metal, Rap, Country, Hip- Hop, Rhythm and Blues, Rock en Español, Jazz, Zydeco, Folk, Electronica.

It has been covered with laurels and has bagged Best Outdoor Venue, Theatre of the Year, Arena/Auditorium of the Year, Best Large Outdoor Concert Venue, Best Live Music Club of the Year, Talent Buyer of the Year.

The Blue School House program which is an annual feature takes you into nostalgic journey down the ages showcasing the history of music. It highlights the contribution made by African American through live music, narration and a guided tour of their folk art collection.
