Festival of Orchestras

The Festival of Orchestras brings world class symphonic soul lifting music to Orlando. The music presented at the festival is of the highest quality. It is a permanent concert series in Orlando which presents five or more internationally renowned orchestras each season.

It is a bonanza to music lovers. The Festival of Orchestras has presented the world's greatest symphony orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, Cleveland Orchestra, Saint Louis Symphony, Montreal Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra, Moscow Philharmonic, National Orchestra of France, and others.

The Festival of Orchestras has merged world- class symphonic music with concurrent international trade and diplomatic luncheons, meetings and receptions that bring together government and private enterprise from the home country of each visiting orchestra to initiate or deepen contacts with Central Florida.

It also sponsors an essay contest for elementary school music students. About 180 fortunate students are gifted complimentary tickets to view a big symphony Orchestra performance.
